The location, which is formerly a red light district, has been cleaned up exceptionally well and is now a trendy area in which to live with many Bars, Coffee shops and Restaurants. DGI-Byen, Copenhagen's famous leisure centre is only five minutes away on foot.

Rooms
Rooms are basic though very well maintained with good amenities and comfortable beds. Since it is an old building, the rooms vary in size and shape, many with high ceilings. All rooms are decorated in a contemporary Danish style with warm natural colour schemes.

Restaurant
The Restaurant which is located on the ground floor is used only to serve breakfast which is a typical hearty Scandinavian start to the day.
