Restaurant
Sip hot chocolate and munch a mole tamale breakfast while recorded Gregorian chants drift in from beyond the kitchen. El Refectorio restaurant includes four sections, each one offering a different view and a different decor.

The former chapel, accommodates up to 600 people, choir mezzanine is suitable for smaller groups and two other meeting rooms combine modern facilities with antique surroundings and the flavour of the past.
