The hotel is located in Greenwich Village and close to Avenue of the Americas. It is one of the very few hotels in this area of Manhattan.

The restaurant is located on the lower ground level with windows looking onto the street. It has dark wooden furniture and serves American cuisine. It has a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere and is popular with both the locals and guests.
