Best Western Museum Hotel Amsterdam
Location
This hotel is ideally located in the famous P.C. Hoofstraat, next to the Rijks Museum and near the Leidseplein, the Van Gogh and the Stedelijk Museum. Equally, it is within walking distance to the historical centre. Boat rides and pedal boats also leave in front of the hotel and the fashionable shops of the PC Hoofsstraat are practically on its doorstep.
Rooms
The rooms are small to medium and decorated with plain furnishings and fabrics, and could be improved with some redecoration as they are in fair condition. The same applies to the bathrooms. Some rooms have canal view.
Restaurant
The restaurant is located on the ground floor and is large with black tiled floor, wood furniture and ceiling fans. Like the bedrooms, this room is quite dated. Just off this room is a small seating area where one can buy hot drinks from a vending machine when the restaurant and bars are closed. There is a bar in the lobby as well as a cosy bar on the lower ground floor.
General
The hotel is suitable for groups and individuals from all markets looking for a basic hotel with a good location.
